In any case, this company sold 24% more than it did the year before.  Their net profits were also up 53%.  Financially, this company is very strong, but I don’t know that they warrant such a high valuation.

Again, I think this is a great growth market.  But I think the large companies will dominate in this space.  They have the power of scale and volume costs on their side.  There is an efficiency that relatively smaller companies like Rackspace may have a hard time competing with.

But if you can stick to one program for at least one year, then you can compare it to the cost of your gym membership, which will most likely be more expensive.
Even adding the cost of the equipment for a home fitness workout program, it will still be cheaper to stay at home.

2. Save time. Packing your bag, getting out of the house (crap, it’s raining!), driving to the gym (why do I always choose peak hour?), waiting for the machines or the weights to be available, driving back to your house. How many minutes do all these things take you? Imagine if you could have all this time back, it’s like finding money in your pocket, right?
Besides, your time management will become easier, as you won’t have to include the gym in your schedule anymore. Before I used to go to the gym after work, now I workout in the morning before work and I know that when my day in the office is over I am free to do whatever I want.

5. Stay more motivated. Besides, I live in a small studio apartment, with very little space. Until I realised that I was working on my own at the gym as well.
